I read "Flame Beef Class!" And went to the shop listed in the book. We had Kumamoto red beef and Iwate shorthorn beef (aged one month) for lunch. Both were wonderful red meats. The maturation of short-horned beef was sweet each time it was chewed, and red beef was moist. I visited with my family, but my wife and children were very happy. Because the impression of the meat was so strong, it was all about red meat, but the appetizer ham and liver paste were also delicious. I would definitely like to come back again. This is a recommended restaurant for those who want to eat delicious red meat.
